I work with directors, VPs, and senior ICs leading teams or complex projects at leading companies like Stripe, Pinterest, Salesforce, Walmart, Anthropic, and Oura. Many are parents trying to lead effectively without losing themselves in the process.

Most coaching partnerships start with six sessions over 3-4 months, meeting every other week. Between sessions, I'm available via Slack and email as a thought partner. Many clients continue with monthly sessions after the initial package.

My background: I’m a former tech leader at Pinterest turned entrepreneur. I understand the demands of high-growth companies, the politics of tech organizations, and the reality of building a career while raising kids. I’ve been where you are, and I’ve helped dozens of women navigate these challenges.
